Nice central location.

The room had comfortable beds with ample outlets for charging, and I appreciated the wood floors that added a modern touch. Views from the third floor were decent, with some street activity, but noise wasn't an issue during my stay.

The area surrounding the hotel felt a bit rough, with street noise and visible nightlife contributing to a less than appealing atmosphere. The shower design lacked privacy due to clear glass panes, and while the temperature control was fine, fluctuating water pressure made for an inconsistent shower experience. Lastly, the towels were somewhat thin, which is a common issue in many budget hotels, and breakfast wasn't included or easy to find nearby.

Perfect for a quick trip, especially since I planned to explore some art at the nearby Pinakothek der Moderne and visit Church of Our Lady. The room was tastefully designed and surprisingly spacious, making it a cozy base after long days of walking around. Plus, the complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice touch that made mornings more pleasant.

I loved the hotel's proximity to Central Station and key sites, making exploration a breeze. Clean, modern facilities complemented by friendly staff brought a warm welcome after a long day of sightseeing.

However, I found the area surrounding the hotel quite unsettling at times. The presence of bars and clubs created a surprisingly vibrant yet dodgy atmosphere.

The hotel's proximity to the main train station made it incredibly easy to explore the city and attend Oktoberfest.

There was a persistent lack of privacy in the bathroom due to the glass door, which could be uncomfortable for some guests.

Staying at Bayer's was enjoyable for our family. The room comfortably slept all four of us. We loved that it was within walking distance to the beautiful old town and the coffee shop on the ground level came in handy for breakfast treats.

My kids wished there were more engaging activities in the hotel for families.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. I remember the staff helped me with sim cards during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city break, and I'll definitely come back!

The room was clean and had a nice coffee maker for a morning boost. I really appreciated the air conditioning since it was pretty hot outside. The shower was modern, and I loved that it had a glass wall design. Just wished the noise insulation was a bit better. I heard street sounds during the night. Besides that, great space!

It was just a proper fit for a fleeting moment in Munich with good value. The staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for directions around the city. Stick to the second floor if you want a quieter experience at night.
